1. How do I order products online/shop online?
To purchase products on this website, please follow these instructions:

a) Locate the product you’re interested in purchasing and select the shade you would like to purchase by clicking the white box next to the desired shade. A black check mark will appear in the white box.

b) Click the red ‘Buy This Product’ button at the bottom of the page and the shade of the product you have selected will be added to your shoping cart.

c) Review your shopping cart to make sure you are purchasing the correct product. Click on the red ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button at the right.

d) You will be brought to a ‘Log In’ page since you are required to log into your Dermablend Account before checking out. If you do not have a Dermablend Account, please click on the ‘Click here to register’ link and you will be able to create a free Dermablend Account. Please remember to note the Username and Password you create for your Dermablend Account.

e) After logging in to your Dermablend Account, you will be brought to a Shipping/Billing Address page. Enter your Shipping Address information at the top of the page. Enter your Billing Address information at the bottom of the page. These addresses do not have to be the same. Please note that if you are shipping to a PO Box, you MUST select STANDARD SHIPPING on the next page of checkout. Click on the red ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button at the bottom of the page.

f) On the Checkout page, please select a Shipping Method using the drop down menu that says ‘Please select shipping method’. Please note that in ADDITION to shipping time, you must ALLOW 2 DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING. Weekends and holidays are not included in this time. Click on the red ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.

g) On the last page of checkout, you will see your Order Summary. Please review your order carefully, CHANGES CAN NOT BE MADE AFTER YOUR ORDER IS SUBMITTED. Fill in all payment fields at the bottom of the page and click the red ‘Submit’ button to place your order.

2. Where do I find Dermablend?
Dermablend is sold in many major department stores and drugstores nationwide as well as online on this website. Use the store locator to find the nearest location to you or click here to shop online.

3. What are Dermablend.com shipping methods and rates?
Dermablend.com ships to US addresses only. Dermablend CANNOT accept international shipping or billing addresses. Additionally Dermablend.com CANNOT deliver to PO Boxes. Orders shipping to U.S. Territories MUST be shipped by our Premium shipping option. Orders shipping via standard ground shipping to Alaska or Hawaii should allow extra time for delivery, approximately 8-12 business days.

$6.07 shipping cost for orders under $100
$1 additional for each $100 after that

4. Can Dermablend.com ship internationally (including Canada)?
No Dermablend.com can not ship internationally nor can we accept international billing addresses.

5. Can Dermablend.com ship to PO boxes?
No, Dermablend.com can NOT ship to PO Boxes.

6. Does Dermablend offer free samples?
Dermablend.com does not offer free samples. Although Demablend.com does not offer samples, testers are available at department store counters and drugstores so you will have an opportunity to try the products before purchasing. Testers can not be taken as a sample but can be used in the store to test the product. Click here to locate a store near you.

7. How do I apply Dermablend?
Dermablend can be applied with the fingertips, sponge or brush, whichever works best for you. Start with a small amount of product, you can always add more later in the application process if needed. Dermablend offers Powder and Foundation brushes for precise application.

Apply to clean, moisturized skin.

Cover Crème should be removed from it’s container in a sweeping motion (do not dig out), apply to palm of hand and warm in a circular motion. Apply to face with fingertips or sponge.

If problem area is not covered completely, apply extra coverage just where needed in a PAT-DAB motion to give complete coverage.

Set with Dermablend Setting Powder for long-lasting, smudge-resistant wear. Apply powder in a patting motion to entire area where cosmetics has been used. The powder must set for 2 to 3 minutes, then gently brush off excess powder.

8. What Dermablend product should I use to cover my particular skin imperfection?

9. Can Dermablend be used as a full foundation for every day?
Yes, for a beautiful flawless look, all day long, Dermablend is the answer. You do not have to have a skin imperfection to wear Dermablend.

10. How do I match my skin tone? What shade is right for me?
Dermablend has two online shade tools to help you find a suggested shade for each product. Click here to view the Shade Range Chart or use the simple two-step Interactive Shade Selector Tool. Dermablend also offers a Personal Shopping Assistant to help you find your suggested shade so you can print out your product and shade recommendations to bring to a store near you to purchase.

11. Do I have to use Dermablend Setting Powder?
If you want long-lasting, smudge-resistant, water-resistant wearability then yes Setting Powder is essential. Setting powder is made of micronized talcs that set Dermablend to ensure long-lasting wearabilty. We cannot guarantee the wearability of Dermablend cosmetics without the use of the Setting Powder.

12. Is Dermablend made for all skin types? Will it make me break out? Dermablend cosmetics adhere to the following strict Dermatological and Efficacy Standards:

13. Will Dermablend cosmetics come off on my clothing or rub off?
As long as Setting Powder is applied over dry cosmetics, Dermablend cosmetics will not rub off on clothing or furniture. Setting powder must be applied to a dry cosmetic – do not apply to wet skin. Setting Powder is the key to smudge-resistant wear.
