Return Policy
Items purchased from dermablend.com must be returned to dermablend.com. Dermablend items purchased from other locations must be returned to the original point of purchase. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase with a receipt.
To return an item to Dermablend.com:
  1. Complete the Return Form attached to the bottom of your invoice with the information requested.
  2. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package if possible.
  3. Peel off the address label and adhere it to the return package.
  4. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the address label. Returns should be sent via registered mail or UPS so they can be tracked if needed.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase with a receipt.
Kits must be returned complete with all items included. We can not accept partial returns or exchanges. If partial kits are returned, no credit will be given and the product received will not be returned.
If a customer has enrolled in the Dermablend.com Rewards Program and has pending rewards points for an item that is being returned, those pending Rewards Points will not be applied to the Rewards Points balance and will instead be removed. If Rewards Points have been earned for an item and mistakenly credited to an Available Rewards Points balance, Rewards Points will be subtracted from the Available Balance.
