Return Policy
Items purchased from dermablend.com must be returned to dermablend.com. Dermablend items purchased from other locations must be returned to the original point of purchase. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase with a receipt.
To return an item to Dermablend.com:
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase with a receipt. Return product must be returned in original packaging to receive a full refund. Empty products cannot be returned. Abuse of Dermablends return policy will be addressed on a case by case basis. Please contact a customer service representative regarding return concerns.
Kits must be returned complete with all items included. We can not accept partial returns or exchanges. If partial kits are returned, no credit will be given and the product received will not be returned.
