Return Policy

Items purchased from dermablend.com must be returned to dermablend.com. Dermablend items purchased from other locations must be returned to the original point of purchase.

To return an item to Dermablend.com:
1. Complete the Return Form attached to the bottom of your invoice with the information requested.
2. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package if possible.
3. Peel off the Return Label and adhere it to the return package.
4. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label. Returns should be sent via registered mail or UPS so they can be tracked if needed.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase with a receipt.

Kits must be returned complete with all items included. We can not accept partial returns or exchanges. If partial kits are returned, no credit will be given and the product received will not be returned.
